Please refer to the class information on my homepage where you can find out how my classes are broken down into different abilities and whether you danced as a child or are a complete beginner. If you would like to discuss further to assess the best level class for you, please contact me at sarah@balletrevival.co.uk
Booking for Blocks of classes, Ballet Body Conditioning classes, Ballet Weekend Workshops and Beginners Courses are made via my website under Timetable & Booking. If you would like to attend a taster class, drop-in class or book some private coaching please contact me at sarah@balletrevival.co.uk for availability
Classes are paid for upon booking via the booking page on my website. Please follow the tabs and fill out the relevant information and pay at the checkout. Please note that until payment is made, your place is not secure and could be given to someone else. This is because places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
I offer a 10% discount on the second and third set of ballet classes for the block. All classes must be booked together. Add in your second and/or third set of classes to your basket and the discount will be automatically applied for you, before payment
If you are unable to attend your regular studio class because of holiday, illness or any other reason; I offer a Class Swapboard system which is available via my website (icon is located in the top left hand corner of the homepage). On the first day of a new term block, you will be sent a code to access the Swapboard, where you can input any classes you will be away and then use the virtual token you are sent to take another class at another time. A maximum of two swap classes can be taken, per person, per term block (classes cannot be rolled over to the next term block) and swaps must be taken in the right level classes. Please refer to the ‘Rules of the Swapboard’ for your safety to ensure you are in a suitable level class for your swap.
When booking your classes you are booking for the full term block, if you cannot attend before the start of term please email sarah@balletrevival.co.uk as soon as possible. If notification is received more than 14 days before the start of term, a full refund will be offered minus a £10 administration fee. If 7-14 days notice is given a £20 administration fee will be deducted and if less than 7 days notice is given a £25 fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds cannot be offered once the term block has started or carried over to the next term other than in extreme circumstances, which will be at the discretion of Ballet Revival. Please refer to my T&Cs for more information.

My evening classes run all year round with a brief break in August and at Christmas, and my day time classes follow school term times. Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable and can easily move. Most of my regular dancers wear leggings and t-shirts. Ballet shoes are not required initially and socks or Pilates socks with grips on the bottom are fine. If you continue on a long-term basis, I recommend buying a pair of split sole canvas ballet shoes. Tutus and leg warmers are optional…!
You can buy ballet shoes from our local St. Albans Dance Shop – Dress Up & Dance, details can be found on their website https://dressupanddance.com/contact/ Pop in and see them for a fitting and support our local dance shop! Or you can go to any of the major dance shops in Covent Garden, London (Bloch, Capezio, Dancia International and Freed of London). I recommend getting a split sole canvas ballet shoe in your normal shoe size. Most will come with elastics pre-sown
Please bring some extra layers so you can keep warm at the start and end of class and a bottle of water. Please come to class ready changed, shoes should be left downstairs at the Studio and there are toilets available
Please have bare feet or Pilates socks with grips on the bottom, bring a towel, some layers to keep warm at the end of class and a bottle of water
All of my classes are held in Studio 2, except for my Tuesday evening classes and Friday Ballet Body Conditioning classes which are held in Studio 1, at The Pilates Workshop. There are two toilets available. Shoes are left downstairs in the waiting area and there are coat hooks available. There are places outside the studio to lock-up bikes as well. All bags and personal belongings are brought into the studio during class
There are a limited number of parking spaces directly outside the studio. However, please ALL be aware of parking restrictions and where else you can park should the car park be full. Please DO NOT park in any other businesses spaces during the daytime on weekdays. If you park on any double yellow lines you may receive a parking fine. There is plenty of free parking in local roads only 1-2 min walk away. i.e. Marshals Drive, Gurney Court Road, Chalkdell Fields etc. Please also remember not to arrive to class too early! There is a 15-minute turn around between classes, to allow one class to leave the studio and car park before the next begins. You are more likely to get a space outside the studio if you arrive 5 minutes before class starts
