My Story

Mine is the classic tale of mum taking me to ballet classes at the age of three and of falling in love with dance! As a child I did every style of dance I could, but it became clear that my passion was ballet. I have trained all my life in ballet and dance and have been fortunate enough to travel the world, dancing with some of the greatest ballet and musical theatre companies around.

At the age of 16 I was awarded a prestigious place at The Royal Ballet School and gained a Professional Dance Diploma in Classical Ballet. Whilst at the school I was chosen to perform with The Royal Ballet in “The Sleeping Beauty” at The Royal Opera House. After graduation I joined the UK tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “The Phantom of the Opera”, performing as the lead ballet dancer. I then joined English National Ballet for two seasons of their ‘in-the-round’ productions of “The Sleeping Beauty” and “Romeo & Juliet”.

Drawing on my performing experience, I bring a passion and love of dance to the studio. I continue to expand on my teaching skills with regular workshops at the Royal Academy of Dance. I am a fully qualified Sleek Ballet Fitness Instructor, Progressive Ballet Technique Instructor and DDMIX Dance Fitness Instructor and hold qualifications in both Dance Fitness for Adults and Exercise to Music, awarded by EMD Academy, endorsed by The Register of Exercise Professionals and Sport England.
