Ballet – What’s The Pointe?

Ballet classes are a fantastic revival for the whole body. Ballet will help to improve your posture, muscle tone, strength and overall flexibility. My classes will also help to build coordination, core stability and confidence and are extremely sociable classes with wonderful like-minded people who love all things ballet! Ballet Revival classes are designed to teach you all aspects of ballet practice, including basic ballet exercises, technique and stretches in a friendly and fun atmosphere.

Ballet Revival OnDemand Membership is a great way to compliment your studio classes with additional ‘at home’ ballet classes with a selection of pre-recorded Mixed Level ballet classes. There are also a number of tutorial classes, which break down specific exercises to practice more and stretch sequences to improve your flexibility.

Ballet Revival Beginners Course is designed for complete beginners who wish to try ballet for the first time or for those who wish to go right back to the basics of ballet and refresh their technique. I have carefully created a set of pre-recorded beginner ballet barre classes that you can follow along to at home to begin your Adult Ballet journey.

Ballet Body Conditioning classes are a great compliment to ballet and includes PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) and Sleek Ballet Fitness exercises to really identify and correct any imbalances while building the right long, lean muscles required for ballet.

My evening classes run all year round with a brief break in August and at Christmas, and my day time classes follow school term times. I hold weekend Ballet Repertoire Workshops throughout the year. Also available are private coaching, pointe work and audition preparation classes.

My classes are very sociable and my regular dancers are extremely friendly and we all share a great love of all things ballet and dance. I arrange regular trips to the ballet and theatre in London and we often get-together for a few social evenings out as well!
