By participating in pre-recorded Ballet Revival OnDemand and Beginner Course ballet classes with Sarah Briscoe of Ballet Revival, it means that you agree to the following statement:
- I understand that I have agreed to participate in online pre-recorded Ballet Revival OnDemand and/or Ballet Revival Beginner Course ballet classes with Sarah Briscoe of Ballet Revival, which includes strenuous physical activity. I agree that I will only participate if fit and well and will contact a medical professional if I am injured or unwell before taking part. If I am pregnant I will notify the teacher (Sarah Briscoe) ahead of taking part in a class to discuss modifications required for pregnancy and will only take part if a medical professional has confirmed I am safe to exercise during pregnancy.
- If I am injured, unwell or pregnant I will NOT take part in the “Core de Ballet” ab routine video.
- It is also agreed that all exercise taken in the home is at my own risk. Ballet Revival OnDemand and Ballet Revival Beginner Course and Ballet Revival and therefore Sarah Briscoe cannot take responsibility for any damage to myself, others in the home, pets, belongings or anything else.
- I agree not to record any of the classes in any form or share with anyone else.
- Agreement to this Online Pre-Recorded Teaching Notification will act as my continued agreement to all ensuing pre-recorded online sessions, via the Ballet Revival website or any other video conferencing tool.
