Adult Ballet & Dance Fitness Classes

Sarah Briscoe is an ex-professional classical ballet dancer. She trained at The Royal Ballet School, gaining a Professional Dance Diploma in Classical Ballet. She is also a fully qualified Sleek Ballet Fitness, Progressive Ballet Technique and DDMIX Dance Fitness Instructor and holds certificates in both Dance Fitness for Adults and Exercise to Music awarded by EMD Academy, endorsed by Sport England.
