Ballet Pointe Work Class

These classes are for those with previous experience of Pointe Work and those that have pointe shoes ready to wear for class. These classes are great for those who wish to progress their pointe work and we work on ankle and foot strengthening exercises, along with a full pointe work barre and building to centre practice exercises. A great way to embrace your inner ballerina and revive your love of pointe work!

What to Wear

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable and can easily move. Most of my regular dancers wear leggings and t-shirts. Ballet shoes are not required initially and socks or Pilates socks with grips on the bottom are fine. If you continue on a long-term basis, I recommend buying a pair of split sole canvas ballet shoes. Tutus and leg warmers are optional…!
