Ballet – What’s the Pointe?

Ballet classes are a fantastic revival for the whole body. Ballet will help to improve your muscle tone, strength and overall flexibility. Ballet Revival classes are designed to teach you all aspects of ballet practice, including basic ballet exercises, technique and stretches in a friendly and fun atmosphere.

DDMIX Dance Fitness classes are new to Ballet Revival. DDMIX is an exciting and new dance based fitness class created by ex-Ballerina and “Strictly Come Dancing” judge Dame Darcey Bussell and top choreographer and performer Nathan Clarke. The class includes all different dance genres from Bollywood to Charleston and everything in between! Getting fit and exercising has never been more enjoyable!

My evening classes run all year round with a brief break at Christmas, and my day time classes follow school term times. I hold intensive weekend workshops and a weeklong summer school throughout the year. Also available are private coaching, pointe work and audition preparation classes.

The classes are very sociable and my regular dancers are extremely friendly and we all share a great love of ballet and dance. I arrange regular trips to the ballet in London and we often have a few drinks together!

No need to have danced before, just the enthusiasm to do something new!
